Lunch in Malaysia

Don’t you just love a rice spoon for stirring coffee?  This was my lunch when I went to Malaysia for a day shopping.  The coffee was sweet and good and the chicken curry excellent, albeit a bit gristly!  Love the un-matching, old style crockery.

Unfortunately the Tesco is in Malaysia so we have to make a day of it (or at least half a day) and sometimes the border crossing is lengthy. But if we can have some great food, it’s worth it!

I know, it sounds exciting, but often we only go to Tesco! I’m assuming the bracelet you are talking about is the one on my sidebar? Yes, it’s really stunning! I can get the same beads in different colours if you are thinking of a different combination or all the same colour! The beads are made in India and I buy them on Arab Street here in Singapore x

Oh I hope you enjoy Mother’s Day whatever you do! I never know if I’m supposed to celebrate the UK Mother’s Day (which has passed and I didn’t receive anything) or the Singapore Mother’s Day which is coming up (and the kids will miss it)! I don’t mind, they appreciate me in their own way!

I would love to hear your thoughts...
