My tea arrived!

In our on-going quest as a family to look after our health and use natural remedies whenever possible I ordered some herbal teas from an ebay company in Greece.

I ordered St John’s Wort, Chamomile and Hibiscus tea’s.  They are organic and really fresh, the company can be found hereI love the way the hibiscus tea turns a deep pink.  I’ve been sleeping like a baby after drinking the chamomile before bed!  Can you recommend any herbal teas that work for you?

We, probably rather predictably, enjoy good old South African rooibos tea. It is excellent to settle an irritated stomach and if you ever battle with acid it acts as an alkaline – works better than an antacid. It is also caffeine free. I love it with a squeeze of lemon juice or a teaspoon of honey. I am more of a coffee drinker, but if I am going to have tea, its always rooibos (red bush).

I love fennel tea and it is soothing for the tummy too. I also drink camomille like that too. Need to try hibiscus tea looks nice and refreshing. I get different rooibus tea here too, which I like. I am a tea drinker and love to try more out.

You should check out that ebay shop then, there’s a large selection of unusual teas with descriptions of their benefits too (you have to know what it’s benefitting while you drink, you enjoy it more)! Here I go again, being picky, but I don’t like the taste of fennel either (see earlier comment about cinnamon). Look forward to hearing of other teas you are sipping. Cath

I would love to hear your thoughts...
